The Ézaro Waterfall, a unique spectacle in Europe

One of the area's most iconic landmarks is the Ézaro Waterfall, one of the most breathtaking sights in Galicia. It is the only river in Europe that flows directly into the sea as a waterfall.

The Xallas River plunges from a height of over 40 meters, creating a spectacular landscape that attracts visitors year-round. At night, the waterfall is often illuminated, making a visit an even more special experience.

From O Ézaro you can easily reach it on foot or by car and enjoy this natural spectacle surrounded by nature.

Mount Pindo, the sacred mountain of Galicia

Very close to O Ézaro is Monte Pindo, known as the Celtic Olympus because of the legends surrounding this impressive granite massif.

Its hiking trails offer some of the best viewpoints on the Costa da Morte, from where you can contemplate the Atlantic Ocean, the nearby beaches and the coastal towns of the area.

It is a perfect place for nature lovers, hiking and photography.
